This Privacy Policy explains how CompliServe ("CompliServe", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data through this website (https://compliserve.co.in), in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA"). It applies to visitors, prospective clients and anyone who submits information through our forms.
1. What personal data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data through this website:
- Contact form data: full name, company name, business email, phone number, your area of interest, and any message you choose to share, when you submit the Contact Us form.
- Data Rights Request data: full name, email, phone number, and the details of your request, when you submit the Grievance Redressal / Data Principal Rights Request form.
- Cookie and analytics data: device/browser information, IP address (stored only as a one-way hash, never in raw form), and on-site behaviour — collected only for the categories of cookies you consent to. See our Cookie Policy for details.
2. Why we collect it, and the lawful basis

3. How long we retain your data
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, and are periodically reviewed for deletion. Data Rights Request records are retained as required to demonstrate compliance with the DPDPA. Cookie consent records are retained for the audit trail period described in our Cookie Policy. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 4 below.
4. Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDPA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Erase personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected;
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given;
- Grievance redressal if you believe your rights have not been respected.
To exercise any of these rights, use our Data Principal Rights Request form, or contact our Grievance Officer directly (details below). We will acknowledge and act on your request within the timeline required under the DPDPA.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited personal data with the following categories of processors, strictly for the purposes described above, under appropriate contractual safeguards:
- Email delivery providers, to send transactional notifications related to your enquiry;
- Customer relationship management (CRM) tooling, to track and respond to enquiries, only where you have submitted the Contact Us form;
- Analytics providers, only if you have granted analytics cookie consent;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, to operate the website itself.
